The David Workout is a strength training program designed for beginners, deconditioned individuals, busy people, and seniors. It primarily uses the David Health Solutions All-In-One device for efficient, tailored workouts.

How long are David Workouts?
Workouts typically last 20 minutes, performed once or twice weekly, focusing on intense, efficient exercise with minimal downtime.  

What are the benefits?
This workout style offers low perspiration, no need for gym clothes, seated exercises for comfort and safety, and slow or static movements to reduce injury risk. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, increased bone density, faster metabolism, better posture, enhanced energy, and the overall advantages of muscle building.

About Us
Megan Usui, a Seattle native and mother of two active sons, has been a fitness professional since 1992, successfully maintaining her own 60-pound weight loss. With experience as a fitness director, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, weight loss coach, and swim instructor, she has worked at various health clubs and recreation centers across California, New York, Virginia, and Washington. Notable roles include Fitness Director at the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle, Center Director for Medifast Weight Control Centers, and Ladies’ Fitness Director at the University Club of New York. 

Certified by ACE Fitness (CPT and Behavior Change Specialist), she has also held certifications from NASM, NETA, HIRT, IHRSA University, APEX Fitness, Skogg Kettlebell, FMS, Zumba, Turbokick, Hip Hop Hustle, and AquaMotion. 

A 1997 Sweet Briar College graduate, Megan remains a lifelong learner, inspired by her clients and passionate about physical and mental wellness through training.
